Friendly staffs, clean rooms, very convenient as it can pass through the mall, easy access for ppl who wants to shop or walk in the mall, nice restaurants in the mall, only drawback is the corridor can be slightly noisy if they have noisy guest, for the price can't complain 😅 keep up the good work 👍

Clean hotel, , good breakfast, good location, near to Icon shopping mall.

Facilities: The air conditioning was very noisy and dripping. On the bright side, there's a water dispenser at the end of the hallway, which is convenient for refills. Environment: Decent, there's a pool. Airport shuttle service: Very convenient, especially for late flights. It's a good place to crash for a night. It's not far from the airport, and the pickup point is right across from the money exchange outside the airport. Don't let other Grab drivers trick you; just wait a bit, and the shuttle will arrive. No need to take a taxi.

I booked a Junior Suite for 3 nights, but the initial experience was quite frustrating. The room had several maintenance issues: the main lights were broken (making the room very dim), the fridge wasn't cold, the kettle wouldn't auto-stop, and both bathtubs had faulty plugs. I was especially disappointed with the service; when the technician came to fix the leaking plug, he simply watched it fail to click into place yet insisted it was ”fixed” and fine. Guests should be able to relax rather than supervising ineffective repairs. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was poor due to many flies around the buffet area, especially on the fruit and bread. The coffee machine was also extremely slow. I was also let down by the ”gym,” which is just a tiny corner with a single treadmill and no air conditioning. However, once the hotel finally agreed to a room change, the stay became much more pleasant. The Junior Suite design is actually fantastic—having double tubs and dual TVs is a great concept when everything is operational. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, the AC was strong, and the location is excellent, being just a short walk to the beach.

My stay at harris hotel exceeded my expectations, all the stuff were so kind, helpful and friendly also welcoming....I didn't see a lot of beautiful places in bali because I got a tattoo but the stuff here at harris made it memorable and I hope the owner of this hotel recognize the hard work of the employee they made this hotel for me a 5 star, made me comfortable and I feel very safe i have no complaints about this hotel in my own opinion so if anyone who is going to bali dont hesitate or give harris hotel a shot....I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be coming again to this hotel...thank you again harris hotel and all the good kind employee that works here, keep up the work...

Love it! For an affordable price, our whole family could vacation in Bali, right in Kuta. We got a family room, and it was huge. Plus, there's a swimming pool. Definitely recommended!

This hotel is perfect for a solo female traveler who isn't really into Ubud. It's incredibly clean. Breakfast is an à la carte buffet. The pool is small, so it might not be enough if you're looking to do serious laps, but on the upside, the gazebos are always free. You can spend your vacation lounging there with a book or your phone, listening to the water and the breeze. ICON Mall, local spas, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. Seminyak and Kuta are about 1500 yen by taxi.

Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, Esty went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her warm attitude and attention to detail truly made my experience much better.
