It is more suitable for families with many children, because the suite has three beds ranging from one queen bed. In terms of service, it is estimated that a group of old waiters have left and replaced with new ones. A room service told her about the hotel account and urged my daughter several times. Later, I came back to the front desk to pay for the bill after ten o'clock in the evening. It looks like this is that every consumption has to be paid immediately. Is this a commissary? Therefore, it is recommended for families with 2+ children who will not spend at the hotel. Other aspects are ok. The surrounding area is a bit messy and may not be easy to find.

My wife and I (from Australia) stayed at the Bali Niksoma Hotel for 8 days, and from booking the hotel directly with the staff, the whole experience was exceptional. Reception staff were very professional, courteous, helpful, informative and looked after our needs. Our Deluxe Double room was very clean, well appointed with modern facilities. The bathroom was a little outdated, but the provision of new toiletries and fresh towels daily was very good. The breakfast selection and quality of food was also exceptional. A special mention to 'Mini', who greeted us every morning with a smile, fresh tea and coffee, good conversation and made our stay even more special with great customer service. Afternoons and evening by the pool and in the hotel restaurant were also elevated by 'Widi', whose customer service, friendliness, local knowledge and had a genuine interest in taking care our our interests and needs. Widi listened to what we wanted to achieve during our holiday and she offered us the information and knowledge for us to have the best experience possible. In fact, all of the staff were amazing and you will have an amazing experience at this hotel, as a family, couple, individual or business travel. We stayed at this gorgeous property for a week and this is our second trip to the property (the first being in 2019). While we were expecting some changes owing to the covid lockdowns, we were pleasantly surprised with the level of quality and consistency of service that we encountered. It was at the same levels as before covid in 2019. Sure, there are quite a few personnel changes but it's a mark of efficient processes and SOP's when the level of service and quality do not waver despite people changes. Largely patronized by the Australian tourists (no change from 2019 again), I suspect lot of them are return guests just like us. With enough activities for kids in the kid zone, one could relax at the club or at the multiple pools available within the property. We stayed at the Garden Chalet in Room # 525. This turned out to be extremely close to ALL amenities at Padma thereby making it most convenient. As always, the rooms are spotlessly clean and made up each day. Excellent property with lots of shops and restaurants just outside... I see us coming back, yet again to this lovely property.

For night flights, this hotel was chosen to have a place to rest in the afternoon and not far from the airport. The location is not easy to find. At the end of the alley, the driver said that most hotels in this area are not large, one by one, not easy to find. There is a receptionist at the front desk of the hotel, and the reception area can only accommodate 5-6 people. The hotel has a small swimming pool. The room was well-formed with no surprises or surprises. There is no hair dryer in the house, you can ask the front desk to borrow it. The hotel has an elevator, and the luggage handling is quite convenient. Close to the beach, but only if you find your way! We were lucky. We drove to the door of another hotel with the Baidu map and thought it was misled by the navigation. Before we gave up, we had to ask the doorman. The surprise came. There was a narrow alley next to one person. Eighteen bends, go across to the beach! Mozzarella restaurant & bar.

Stayed at this wonderful resort from recommendation by friends and I can see why they did. Exceptionally clean with lovely big rooms, comfy beds and air con that actually works. In the 4 days we were there we saw the hotel pool area being transformed with new pool cushions and swim seats. The staff can not do enough for you and are always there to help. Great location 5 min to the beach and shops. I can see why we met so many returned customers! The food and drink choice , for me were the best especially the breakfast. I never eat in the same place twice but couldn’t find anywhere better. A well deserved thanks to Scott and his team.for making our stay even better we felt part of the family. Great entertainment every evening especially the drag and chicken ****tin bingo. Can’t wait to go back in a weeks tine.

The hotel is within walking distance of many excellent dining establishments and can be reached by foot from the majority of Legian's surrounding areas. It's a great idea to go up to the rooftop pool early to avoid the crowds, though. The breakfast, which included both local and international options, was also excellent.

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.

During our trip to Indonesia we stayed at Royal Tunjung four different times and always looked forward to being there again. Next to the organisatory things that always were perfect (storing our luggage there, booking spontaneously, getting laundry done) we enjoyed the big rooms, the comfy bed, the refreshing pool and the wonderfully friendly staff a lot. Thank you to the beautiful staff that made my stay here so relaxing. The facilities are 5 star. Breakfast is plentiful and always tasty. Hari makes the best flat white!
