Whiz Prime Hotel Balikpapan

Very near to convenience store such as alfamart and indomaret.

I stayed at Whiz Prime Hotel Balikpapan for a business trip and booked a room without breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, when I first tried to enter the room, the key card did not work and required a reset. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect my stay. The hotel is located in an urban area, which is very convenient. At night, it is easy to find food as there are many street food vendors and various meal options right across the hotel. The check-out process was also efficient and assisted by friendly staff. Overall, the hotel is comfortable for business travel, with responsive service and a location that makes it easy to find meals in the evening.

Very good 3 star hotel, and affordable price. Clean hotel room with high quality bed.

Love to stay

The stay was overall good, and price-wise it’s okay. AC was not very cool. A bedsheet and towel were provided, but they were not clean—it had dirty black stains on it.

My fav hotel for business trip. Always kind of staff, nice food and sooo delicious. Clean room even the toilet too! Close from Airport! So you don't need to worry about this hotel. Thank you

So so, nothing special need to improve the bathroom seal cause leaking to the bedroom

Room is ok, enough for 1 person. Exactly like picture single room for 1 person.. cleaning team did a good job... room floor was clean, clean bed sheet and smell good towel 👍 but amenities was very limited. No hair dryer. Front counter service staff were friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was all right. Still have varieties to choose.. Location wise was good. Thank you. Overall is 7 out of 10.
