It is a 10 minute drive from BallinaByron Gateway Airport a 25 minute drive to Byron Bay 1 and 12 hour drive to Gold Coast Theme Parks and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre a 2 hour drive to Brisbane. We have a 24 hour reception desk and a 4 Star Rating. All Hotel Spa Rooms overlook the river. All Suites have kitchenette facilities and living and dining areas. All rooms have access to a shared laundry which is FOC. Room service is available daily from 7 am till late. The hotel features spacious outdoor heated pool shaded children s pool and sun deck. Good location close to the restaurant but can be noisy from people walking on a Broadwalk and nice waterview from room Lots of dust in a ventilator in a bathroom. Daily housekeeping but tile floor in living area still have same dirty marks and dead insects since day one check in. We stay for 2 nights Great undercover car park

Perfect location. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Love the beautiful view of river, especially the sunset and sunrise. Don’t miss it. Pls enjoy the restaurant & coffee shop around the hotel, good food & drink.
