They have the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! With the verandah doors opening onto the tropical garden, it was like staying in a forest. It has everything you need and want. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would recommend everyone to stay here! I'm going again!

excellent service, amazing stay, i will definitely be back soon. Fiamma grill food was outstanding , all staff are friendly and helpful. i loved my stay and it is so close to the beach that was the best part. rooms were clean and big

Nice Boutique hotel, great service, nice team and good restaurant. I was now 2nd time there and no difference - it felt like coming home. Good location next to beach and great place to relax after Business day!

The room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly at all times, with great service. The overall ambiance at the hotel is welcoming and I would highly recommend the Coco De Mer.

For a relaxing comfortable ocean stay where the food is excelent and the hospitality super, you won't beat the Coco De Mer. While staying there we attended a family 50th birthday. We experienced a major thunderstorm that night and the staff handled the problems admirably

The staff at the hotel were great, from reception to the restaurant. They were accommodating and friendly. The room was of a good size, lovely design. The bed was very large and comfortable. The shower was also of a good size, but it could have been cleaner in some spots. Breakfast was very good! There was no omelet station, but everything else was available. The coffee was excellent too. Slight noise in the early evening, but that's due to the size of the hotel, location of the rooms in relation to the restaurant below. But all was quiet after 22:00. I would recommend and stay again.

Close proximity to the beach, friendly owner and staff. Inclusion of breakfast in the package is a plus. Family friendly and my daughter loved it so much that she said she was going to miss the place. Great size family room, it worked for all four of us.

I have stayed at Coco De Mer a few times over 2023 for business and with family. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are tranquil with good amenities. Location is a few meters away from the beach and local restaurants. Best place to stay in Ballito!

Accommodation was awesome and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite especially the team working the breakfast shift. Although a 4 start rated established there were some areas that lacked attention to detail, on arrival very little assistance to get rooms - noting this because i was injured and struggled with the lift because I couldn't use the stairs
