Localização é boa. Atendimento deixa a desejar. A recepcionista no turno da tarde foi um pouco ríspida em duas situações. Estrutura é um pouco ruim. As tomadas não funcionavam direito; controle da TV sem pilha nova; não disponibilizaram outra chave pro segundo hóspede, mesmo deixando avisado que não estaríamos juntos o tempo inteiro para ter uma única chave; cama desconfortável, tinha algo no meio, como se tivessem juntado duas de solteiro. Café da manhã é razoável. Mas, do que oferecem, é bem preparado. Mas a fila que tinha pra entrar no restaurante deixou a dúvida se recebem mais pessoas do que podem comportar. Inclusive, muita gente na recepção pra pouco recepcionista. Nunca atendiam quando ligávamos, foi caótico.

The hotel is located on the beach street, with a relaxing area that offers excellent views. The heated pool is small and the jacuzzis were not available. The room is spacious and the shower provides a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast features many items and has regular rest; table items are quickly removed. Payment parking (like almost all hotels in the city). It is possible to walk to the central Avenue or the north point.

The hotel was very good, efficient and fast team for check in & out. The facilities are well used, deserve care and I suggest renovating the bathroom.

Estrutura do hotel simplesmente perfeita, arriscaria dizer ser o mais novo e moderno da região! Quarto minimalista e elegante, cama perfeita, travesseiros e roupa de cama de qualidade, banheiro amplo e chuveiro perfeito! A estrutura do hotel é linda, possui um rooftop com piscina aquecida muito moderno, uma academia básica mas necessária, possui uma área do café linda também, mesas confortáveis, o buffet ao meu ver falta opções e qualidade pelo padrão que o hotel se “porta” na arquitetura, estrutura de lazer e até mesmo o nome. Agora sobre o atendimento, esse ainda faltam ajustes pelo que parece, chegando ao hotel fui atendido pelo que parecia ser um adolescente sem vontade, algo que não parecia condizer com o padrão do hotel, isso já no primeiro contato, não foi me explicado nada em relação a área de lazer do hotel, nem mesmo que possuía piscina e um bar no rooftop, que até hoje não sei que horas abria, como funcionava, porque também não encontrei nada informativo sobre, perguntei para aquele mesmo atendente se tinha algum lugar para comprar tomar somente um café no hotel, ou próximo, ele me disse que não é somente isso, porém no dia seguinte, olhando pela janela do meu quarto, vi que tinha um supermercado basicamente ao lado do hotel, novo e muito bom, aliás fui a pé nos outros dias no memso. Resumidamente é isso, o hotel é muito bom na estrutura, até porque é tudo novo e de bom gosto, o café por mais que seja básico, as poucas opções que tem, é muito saboroso, quente e tudo muito higiênico, o quarto é limpo, amplo e o banheiro ainda mais, o hotel fica bem ao lado da BR o que facilita acesso e afins, então realmente, para ele se tornar “5 estrelas” aparentemente falta somente a parte de treinamento da equipe em geral que ainda peca, desde a simpatia, cordialidade, e claro o principal, hospitalidade!

The hotel does not honor reservations guaranteed by advance payment. It happened on Jan 9, 2020, with a prepaid reservation. The reception first claimed that my reservation had been cancelled, then that my reservation ”was” in another hotel of their network, in another town near Itajaí, and that they didn’t have any apartment available in the Itajaí unit. Soon after another guest checked in, and the reception claimed he was a guest ”of a company”. Then the commercial manager by phone claimed that a cruise ship did not dock, they were overbooked, and had ”relocated” me to another hotel in another city. After all, they had some apartments booked ”for companies” and almost an hour later, given my threat to notify the competent authorities, I ended up being accommodated - for the last time of course - in this hotel.

Rooms without furniture , such as chair table etc, bathroom without place to place the towel products , shampoo creams , has only one corner to place the toothbrushes . The hotel manager was not sympathetic with the problem, said that the hotel was full and had taken away some rooms because of discharges and did not give me the option of switching rooms, small and tight garage to leave with the car , good cleaning of the rooms and staff of the very efficient reception , very good breakfast coffee.

Good for great hotel, with the view that hotel is for sleep only, with the view that being in the city to cut tourist points is the best to see, on the street brings the best shopping of the city with many shops and has tbm road on the same street as the shopping and in front of the hotel a Burger King for a fast food option, bad parking point charged 30 per day and a little away from the central beach but with APP Uber and 99 resolves easy, but great breakfast a variety, heated pool, sauna, good bed,

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, friendly service, excellent breakfast. Hotel has its own parking, the only criticism is the difficulty of using the parking due to over-pillar and small space in the size of the vacancies, but this criticism and rewarded for the quality as much as the hotel has.

The staff's service is not 10, they are very nice, when we arrived in the room the bathroom was dirty, the lock was urinated, the TV control was broken and it was not working right. There was no floor towel for when you left the bathroom and a tip would be to put a hair dryer. The room has a great size, very comfortable beds, furniture with great space, air conditioning and fridge. The parking costs $40 real per day. It would be interesting to have this explicit value before booking. But the location is safe and it's worth it. I would stay at the hotel again!
