The room is not cleaned as it should be. The heater is so loud and there’s a smell of **** coming from the heater..

Let me first say that the front desk staff was great. It’s not their fault that the hotel needs so much work. To get hot water you had to run all faucets at the same time for at least 15 min and until you were done . Bathroom door would not open fully, closet door would not open. Holes in walls. Huge scrapes along the wall.

Clean and nice-looking room, awesome kitchen, great shower, comfortable king-sized bed and bedding, and friendly experience at check in.

Very clean, quiet and the staff was so helpful....because of the close proximity for grocery shopping (literally 2 short blocks away), I was able to have complete meals like I would make at home.

I am grateful the front desk allowed me to store my luggage as well as check in early for my stay. In terms of cleanliness, there were was a lot of dust in my room. As a person with severe allergies this was not comfortable. Additionally, the bubbling of paint in the bathroom and rust stains on the ceiling were unappealing. Lastly, the hvac system is extremely loud. It was very hard to hear while in conference calls and I felt I needed to turn the volume on my tv loud to hear over the system.

The Concierge on duty when I checked in was cheerfully professional and accommodating. The room was clean and I didn't notice any noise from the hallway or streets. My only issues of note were the accessibility issues with the entrance and parking.

Everything was perfect to be honest! The staff went above and beyond to get me accommodated. Will come back when I'm in the area again!

Room was very clean although the couch cushion looked well used. The bed & bathroom were immaculate! The desk clerks were professional, efficient, patient, helpful & friendly.
