We stayed in the suite. My husband had a zoom meeting. I was able to close the bedroom door and not be disturbed. The bathroom is big and beautiful. We absolutely loved it!

Gorgeous high ceiling room with gorgeous shower. All of the staff were working double time to make our stay a great one.

The room lacked basic amenities such as coffee, water, floor mats, iron, phone, etc. The steamer was broken. The marketplace was bare and offered no toiletries and the only snacks are chips and cereal with no milk. The restaurant served me a burger with a broken piece of plastic inside. Would give it a zero but the aesthetics are nice.

Room was OK but lacked standard amenities. Staff was rude when asked to provide basics, for example some water or a hairdryer.

This went way above my expectations! We were treated with exceptional customer service, we’re so impressed with the breakfast, and loved the beautiful designs throughout the hotel. For the price this felt like a very high class experience especially considering its location. This is a five star for me and I will stay here anytime I’m in Baltimore going forward.
