Days Inn by Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor

Days Inn Inner Harbour Baltimore is just across the road (other side of W. Pratt Street) from the Baltimore Convention Center. Standard services are provided, including a light breakfast. A vending machine is provided in the lobby if you arrive late at night and hungry. The staff at front desk is professional, including help to secure a taxi by phone in the early hours to the BWI airport (many thanks, Chris!). Bedding sheets could be more carefully checked.

It was in a good location

The staff were super unhelpful, didnt tell me about breakfast time and when i went to have breakfast at 9:40 am they said oh breakfast is over 10 mins ago, then they wanted to charge extra to do a checkout by 12pm when I did my check in at 12am and was informed no fees should be added but then asked for $10 for every 1 hour late - worst customer experience ever!

It is really close to the MTR and the convention center. The safety there is insured cause the gate is always closed, and need to open by staff. But the swimming pool there was closed and no hair dry in the room. The laundry was in convenient to use with coins.

My husband and I booked this hotel in advance. Upon arrival, we were told we could not check in due to technology issues and would have to work with the third party to get our money back. We were stuck in Baltimore with no hotel and had to spend extra money to find another. We asked why we were not notified about the issue prior to arrival, and never received a response.

Poorly maintained and run down. HVAC very noisy. "Grab and Go" breakfast was gone---it literally was missing both days. Sure, new owners are part of the reason for slippage as they establish procedures, but this is no longer a viable business class hotel unless it gets some major upgrades. A great location will get it another chance, but if no major improvement, it will be the last chance.
