I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at Hotel Indigo. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was well appointed with nice furnishings and was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had 2 large windows with a city view. Housekeeping came daily and provided excellent service. The public areas/lobby were nice and clean too. The lobby has a large area with abundant seating, a large fireplace and tv. My only suggestion would be to update the tv to a smart tv for access to Netflix and other apps.

True to the reputation of the New York-based design firm, Ash, the Ulysses is nothing short of an architectural marvel. The first thing that catches your eye? The hotel's impeccable aesthetic. It's a masterful blend of old-world charm and modern design, encapsulating the very essence of Baltimore's diverse character. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes. The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk. A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out. Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember. In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. This is my second time staying at the Springhill Suites in the last 4 months. It has quickly become my go-to hotel when I am in time visiting family. The rooms are clean, fresh, and the entire staff is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Kudos to Alison the GM for running such a smooth operation !

It is no different from a superior room, far beyond imagination, surprising, service is in place, very comfortable, is the ideal choice, will come here in the future, all real and effective reviews will be displayed. The hotel location is very good, right by inner habor, easy access to the harbour, there is a supermarket next to it, and shopping is very close

Very clean! Which was one of our main wants but it is also up to date & has nice furniture, mattress, tv & ect. Instead of little sample shampoo, conditioner, & body wash they have nice pumps of dove installed in the showers. The house keepers our very kind and will be a helping hand with anything they can. The front desk employees are just the best! They will help you, try to meet needs if anyway is possible & always a pleasure to pass by. Our kids loved the indoor pool, & comfy bed with a big flat screen. I will only use the hotel in Baltimore!

It is especially convenient in the hospital area. One room has a double bed and a double sofa bed. It can be opened for four people. It is also convenient to have a kitchen. The hotel's infrastructure is complete. There are ice machines and water dispensers. There is a free coffee bar.

The hotel is small, but the sanitation is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The parking lot is across the road. You can park your car at the entrance of the hotel to check in. I thought it was 5 yuan to park, but when I left, I realized that it was 5 yuan to leave at 6 am. , we left at 10 and paid $18 for parking, the room had a fridge, no microwave.

My employer puts me up in this hotel several times a year. I've probably stayed here 15 times in the last two years. It's an aging hotel that is trying to keep going, but it's badly in need of renovation. One major complaint I have with hotels in general, and this one in particular, is their use of covid as an excuse to cutail housekeeping services. There's never any room cleaning during my visit. I have to ask at the desk for clean towels, more coffee, etc. This morning I saw a mouse under the desk, which scampered away behind the fridge when I scared it. Unbelievable! I've never seen a rodent in a hotel room before. I imagine with the lack of housekeeping there are plenty of crumbs to keep the mice in business. On a positive note, the front desk staff are usually very helpful at this hotel. The other day my car was covered in snow, and one of the employees let me borrow his snow brush to clean off my car.

We decided to explore all of Maryland so we need a home base. Elkridge was central to many of the locations we wanted to visit. So being that we are ihg members we chose this hotel. The front desk staff was kind & courteous. The rooms and main hotel were clean. The breakfast was well done. They served coffee, cocoa, a variety of juices, bagels, toast, French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal (not instant packs - fresh), sausage, bacon and omelets. Our son loved the pool. It was small but served its purpose. Our only negative was that the shower didn't have much pressure.
