After checking into the Bama Century Wellness Park Hotel (Longevity Village Branch), I deeply felt that this place is not just a sanctuary for rest, but also a practical ground for health concepts. The hotel is nestled in the core scenic area of Longevity Village, surrounded by mountains, with an exceptionally high concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air. Opening the window every morning reveals a misty mountain landscape, and with every breath, I could feel the purifying power of nature. Double Delight: Environment and Service The room facilities far exceeded expectations: an independent kitchen equipped with an induction cooker and range hood, perfect for preparing healthy meals; a washing machine and refrigerator were also provided, ideal for long-term wellness stays. What was even more exceptional was the owner's warmth and hospitality—as a local tour guide, she proactively planned my research route, recommended excellent water sources like Baimo Cave and Panyang River, and even shared the drinking habits of local centenarians. The hotel's free gym, tea room, and Yao medicine herbal bath service allowed me to completely relax after my inspections. Especially at night, enjoying tea on the balcony and listening to the mountain breeze and insects, my sleep quality significantly improved. First off, a huge thank you to Trip.com for their excellent service! My original booking didn't go through, so Trip.com arranged for me to stay at the Bama Century Health Center instead. It was surprisingly good, exceeding all my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. They even offered complimentary foot massages in the evening. Breakfast was included, and the environment was lovely. This health center is located in Poyue, the liveliest town in Bama, and it's very close to Baimo Cave. Plus, there's a direct shuttle bus from here to Nanning Airport.

The breakfast was great, and the bartender was very responsible. They also had a steam foot massage, and the blankets were comfortable.

The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, and dinner could be had at the nursing home cafeteria, offering light and affordable dishes. However, there were some downsides: the hallway was a bit noisy. Despite my request to be away from the elevator, I was still assigned a room right next to it. The bathroom's ventilation window faced the hallway, and the hall lights shone directly onto the bed at night, affecting my sleep quality. I won't choose this hotel again in the future.

The overall location of this health and wellness community is great, very close to attractions, making it more suitable for long-term stays. However, the front desk service during check-in was substandard. It was raining heavily when I arrived, and the staff just stared blankly, not knowing to offer an umbrella or help guests check-in. This is something that would never happen at any other hotel. I rarely give bad reviews when staying at hotels, but Bama Health and Wellness Community left such a poor first impression on guests. Therefore, I'm giving a low rating for the service.

They offer golf cart service to help you get around, and it's very close to Baimo Cave. The rooms are available for long-term rental, and the one-bedroom, one-living-room units are very spacious. You can even cook your own meals as there's a kitchen. The breakfast is great, suitable for a healthy diet and catering to Chinese palates. The sausages and wild vegetable pancakes are absolutely fantastic!

Facilities: Very convenient, with a sky-high restaurant and a buffet breakfast. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Garden-style setting with fresh air. Service: Very attentive, always ready to help. I'd love to come back again next time and give you another thumbs up!

Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the kitchen hallway. The kettle was an absolute disgrace to look at; its base was completely rusted, and the plastic handle was almost falling off. How can they still provide something like this for guests to use??? I informed the front desk about these issues, and they promised to send someone to check, but no one from customer service ever showed up.

Excellent service, great environment, and fantastic room amenities. The place was very clean, easy to find, and the shuttle service was a definite plus.
