Very satisfied. The environment is beautiful, the room and balcony are super spacious and comfortable, the hot spring is excellent, and the service is fantastic. We could contact staff at any time to change the water, and they even helped clean the hot spring tub 👍.

Besides the great natural environment, excellent accommodation facilities, and a wide range of activities, what truly stands out is the service and the thoughtful arrangements here! 👍 Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and professional, quickly and thoroughly answering all our questions. They basically catered to our every need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! A good mood is key to well-being, and this place truly uplifted our spirits!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Tianxiang Family Hot Spring Villa at Guanglv Bama Cifu Lake Junlan Hotel. The private hot spring in the courtyard was a major highlight – it was clean, secluded, and we could enjoy a soak anytime, which our family absolutely loved. The room and courtyard were spotless, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. This hotel is perfectly located as a stopover between Hechi and Chongzuo, ideal for a break. After exploring the underground corridor, a relaxing hot spring bath was just what we needed. The environment is serene and quiet, surrounded by nature, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere. I highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together.

It was already midnight when I checked in. After parking my car in the hotel lot, a shuttle bus came to pick me up and take me to the front desk. The room facilities were a bit old, but the geomagnetic hot spring was absolutely amazing!

This hotel boasts a prime location, nestled by the mountains and water, making it one of the better-situated hotels in Bama. However, the facilities are quite dated, and both the exterior and rooms seem to receive very little maintenance, which made for an uncomfortable stay. A shuttle service is needed to get around the property, and while the drivers work hard, the shortage of vehicles and staff often leads to long wait times.

The room is spacious and well-arranged, which is exactly my style. This is my second time staying here. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including many Bama local snacks that I truly enjoy.

The room is spacious with a large desk. It features two sinks, with the toilet and shower separated by some distance. The large balcony includes a lounge chair, a small table, and a drying rack. The air conditioning is powerful, and there's plenty of hot water. The environment exceeded expectations; you can see Longevity Island in the lake below the mountain, and a walk through the woods is refreshing, quiet, and scenic. The hotel staff were responsive, professional, and efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hot spring environment is beautiful and comfortable.

Bama Junlan Hot Spring Hotel – The only geomagnetic hot spring in China♨️ My friends and I stayed here, and the service system was indeed excellent; you could tell the management's training requirements were well-implemented. 1. Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. On a nice day, you can sit outdoors and enjoy your meal with views of the mountains and waters of Cifu Lake, which is relaxing and pleasant. 7. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. After soaking in the springs, I slept soundly that night. If I get the chance, I'd love to bring my grandma here to stay for a month. [Strong]

Facilities: The hotel facilities are outdated. Hygiene: The hygiene is very poor; there were cigarette butts right outside the elevator. Service: The staff lack a sense of service. Environment: The natural environment is decent, but the outdated buildings and lack of maintenance really detract from the scenery. The only positive was the foot bath, but even that cost extra per person. Overall, it feels like a waste of good resources. The dusty parking lot and dilapidated roads were unbearable.
