Tenera Hotel

Very huge room compared to to standard hotel room. Price offer as Same as the standard room price. Everything is fine , is clean, but is look old but it still ok for business travel for day use.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained. Service was good and staff were helpful. Amenities were satisfactory overall. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable".

Several times staying here. Mostly for meeting. Even walk in for lunch at the restaurant level 1. And also ordering teh ais at the cafe in the lobby. On the day also attending meeting at kemboja room. The hi tea is sedap.

Very nice hotel. Love this hotel. Will repeat again, when come Bangi. Thank you all staff, very helpful

Datang bersama family, expectation apartment at least ada basic kitchen tools untuk serve makan. Tapi tiada pinggan, sudu2. Apartment separate dan jauh darii lobby hotel agak susah sikit.  Pool under maintenance jadi kena pegi naik buggy ke bangunan lobby hotel untuk mandi. Masa book tak ada explain apartment tu separate dari bilik hotel lain. Jadi agak confuse to book next time.

We arrived a bit late. Check in was smooth, front staff was friendly, addressed everything in details. Room was okay, with carpet. Super comfortable soft beds and pillow. View from room was superb at night. Parking rm5 per 24 hours for hotel guest, can go out and come back many times within the 24 hours for only rm5. Water pressure is just average (we stayed at Level 12). Water heater not woking well but we dont really need that as Malaysia is super hot outside 😅. Got separated pool for female only and for general people(mix all), which is much appreciated. Overall experience is good and will come again definitely.

It’s an apartment suite style unit managed by hotel management. Quite old, lights are dim and appliances are aged too. But what’s best is the space of the unit. They have bathtub too if you would enjoy a bathtub time.

I received services that required. Overall excellent.  parking for car should be COMPLIMENTARY. That was big downside even we can pay premium prices for hotel . I support because it’s Felda investment thats only reason.
