good place and environment. easy to find place to eat as there are pasar malam and stalls nearby the hotel. will repeat again

Arrived hotel at 2.30pm. And the room is still not ready. We managed to check in at 3pm. The room is supposed to be ready by 2pm since the check in time is 2pm. There was no water supply and the management asked to wait 2 to 3 hours to get water supply. We waited until 7pm and still no water. Imagine we traveled from Johor. We are 6 of us. We went out for dinner and back to room at 12am and still no water. We slept in a thought of there will be water supply in the morning. Woke up at 7am and still no water. I contacted hotel management at 7am requested for water with bucket. We received mineral water at 11 am. Very bad service. Bathroom is not clean and the curtain can't be closed fully. Need alot of maintenance. The worst hotel I have stayed. People, please read the reviews before booking this hotel.

Quite an interesting hotel. The location is very strategic. Shops are nearby, and Bangi Uptown is also just a stone's throw away.

Clean and fast self-check in. Recommend to stay for business trip.

The beds are not clean, sleeping on it, my whole body felt itchy like experiencing bed bugs bite. As a hotel, even an ordinary inn would provide necessities like soap and shampoo, those basics were not available.  The hotel should provide at least a mini fridge since you have a little pantry and a washing basin, what if someone would like to have cold beverages kept in the fridge? Rooms are spacious, air con is cold and working good. Kind of disappointed with the overall room condition with no proper amenities. For the price we paid for, could easily deserve a much better room with the basic essentials.

The worst experience ever. When we woke up in the morning, there was no water, and no prior information was provided during check-in. My whole family had to check out using four bottles of mineral water just to bathe.

Spacious room for an affordable price. It became my number one choice whenever I travel for work. Outstanding service and fast check in.

Great spot for a layover. The self-service system is seamless and very reliable. You’re steps away from Bangi Gateway and great food (definitely try the New Zealand Fish and Chips!). Having a CBTL downstairs is a huge plus. My only complaint was the drilling noise due to works in progress, but the convenience of the location makes it worth it.

Nice and very big and spacious room but the shower water suddenly leak Aircond unable to switch to lower temperature as the remote isn’t working

It would be nice if you could provide a dishwasher. There's also a tiny cockroach last night crawling on my bed. Other than that, I am pleased to have a stay here.
