The hotel room it self is quite under maintenance. I have to relocate due to toilet shower screen hinge broken and toilet bowl unable to flush. Bare in mind, it's chargeable parking to hotel guests, and breakfast here doesn't looks like marriott standard. Overall staying experience = below par. I would say I won't return to this hotel anymore.

Overall, the experience was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would be nice if complimentary ice water or drinking water could be provided at the pool area for guests’ convenience. The sauna facilities were good and well maintained. However, the live band music in the lobby was quite loud and could be reduced slightly to create a more comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

This has to be the worst Four Points by Sheraton I've ever stayed at 😅. The decor is on par with a 200-300 RMB budget hotel in China; only the lobby and corridors look somewhat decent. The soundproofing is abysmal. You can feel the floor vibrating when kids run and jump upstairs... and the constant hum of the air conditioning unit kept me awake all night. The hygiene was terrible; there were crumbs on the floor, and I even found a balloon left by a previous guest when I lay on the bed... The trash can in the bathroom was also very dirty... My first task after checking in was to clean the room with sanitary wipes. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to a supermarket, which was convenient for buying things.

Loved the breakfast, the live station for eggs were amazing. Omelette was the best! Gym was a bit old looking, ran outside the hotel instead. Would be great if it’s a smart TV in the room as it currently does not have Netflix or could cast over from your phone. Hotel was spacious and water pressure was great. Location was good, nearby to food restaurants and cafe and a massage reflexology.

parking space - easy parking, spacious but dun have basement parking. For EV User, there are 2 EV charger available in hotel parking area. room - nice room, clean. spacious for double bed room. breakfast buffet - nice, worth every penny. sedap. pool - got adult & kids pool. clean. kids enjoy. customer service - very friendly. overall, nice place to stay
