Hotel every softwear ( service) very good and hotel management also great!
But, I would like to suggest, this hotel is aging, need to upgrade in time to time like : pillow, towel,.... This all look so old. ( even washed)
2, please use Japan and Korea cleaning washer to clean all the toilet mold..... Is.... Disgusting!

Over the past 6 months, every time I've visited Bandung, I've chosen to stay at Harris, and this is my third time. Each visit, I notice an improvement in their service. When we first stayed, we had to buy bottled water and bring it to the hotel. A few months later, on our next visit, they had already installed a water dispenser, so buying water was no longer necessary. The location is fantastic, directly connected to a mall, and we even get free gym access at AF. Truly the best! I'll definitely be staying here again.
