I love the location only no iron and no hair dryer. Room and toilets smells good with perfume. Coffee shops, bakery and local foods is nearby.

Enjoyed our stay at Jiro. Staff were friendly and made everything easy from the start. Amenities were well maintained. Our room was by the street so we could hear traffic but nothing too overwhelming. Would definitely stay here again.

What we love: Loved the stay with my kids so much that we extended our stay. Staff was very very helpful and friendly. My kid lost a soft toy one of the nights. The next day the housekeeping staff was very attentive to search for it and it was success. Even left a sweet note for my kid. All the staff always with a smile and greeted us warmly. Housekeeping kept the room clean. Great spread at breakfast. What we don’t love: The standard of the hotel is rather poor for a Marriot group hotel. In our suite: the sofa bed is slightly uneven ans broken but still good enough for my kids to sleep on. Shower had some broken fixtures. Around the hotel: Can update the kids play room a little. All the toilets in the lobby and restaurant needs proper cleaning.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Just opposite a mosque. Just a walk away from the bandung streetwear street with shops like sch, flo etc. very central but away from the bustle of braga. Don,t mind staying there again.

We had a very pleasant stay as a family. Services were excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.

It was an amazing experience staying at the loft...the bedsheets was sparkling clean...towel were still in white colour even some other hotels still used even it had already turned into greyish... The view from our room.. is amazing...we can see the whole town

The hotel design is great as it looks in the pic. Location is nearby lots of good cafes & restos so you can easily walk anywhere. However, there are several downsides of this place: 1. Poor sound insulation. Almost impossible to sleep if your room is facing the main road. After complaining to the staff they moved us to different room which was much better but still not very quiet. 2. Hot water is not enough for bathtub & shower 3. Bread at breakfast was cold and dry. They charge additional price if you want coffee with milk. To be honest, not worth the price. Other five stars hotel in Bandung offer similar price at much better quality.
