No towels were available at the swimming pool, and the towels provided in the room were already worn out and should be replaced immediately. More concerning, both of my sons experienced itching and developed skin rashes after swimming, which raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and water quality of the pool. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially from a hygiene and guest-comfort perspective.

Slightly enjoyable stay here... no issues... clean... simple, but it accommodated us well for exploring the city. Close to our favorite spots... thanks, Tebu.

Honestly, so far so good. The breakfast is delicious for a 3-star hotel! It's just that the room is small and the toilet smells a bit. 🥲

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, I got a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cool enough. The bathroom also had a leaking faucet, and the dripping sound was quite annoying. I informed them, and they fixed the leak, but it started leaking again that night. As for the AC, they didn't do anything about it, just gave me an extra card so the AC would stay on when I left the room. Perhaps the hotel was fully booked at the time, so I couldn't switch rooms. However, the location deserves a thumbs up because it's close to everything. You can easily walk to Bagelicious, Kopi Djawa, Heritage, and many other restaurants and cafes.

Wall boundary between rooms are not sound proofing, which become qire bothersome.

Love the location, it's very strategic, close to culinary centers and shopping areas. Simply top-notch!

The staff were incredibly kind and trustworthy. I once left my tumbler near the stairs, and they kept it safe for me and even brought it to my room. The room itself was clean and conveniently located near several eateries.

Great location, cleanliness was decent, and the breakfast food was okay too. However, I was very disappointed that I was given a smoking room at check-in, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through the Trip app and even added a note explaining that cigarette smoke has made me ill in the past. My request to change rooms, even if it meant a downgrade or an upgrade with an additional fee, could not be accommodated. As a result, I had to spend the night exposed to cigarette smoke. The following day, my request to change rooms was easily fulfilled. It's truly regrettable that the hotel didn't make an effort to fulfill my non-smoking room request. The hotel should have informed me if non-smoking rooms were fully booked so I could have booked a different hotel.

I stayed 1 night with my family and They really enjoyed staying in the hotel especially since it was the end of 2025. The hotel room was really clean and felt like home. Many restaurants and mini markets nearby so no need to worry about food. They provide smart tv with Netflix that we really enjoyed. The breakfast also had a variety of food to choose from and the taste was really good. If we go to Bandung we want to stay again in this hotel.
