Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant. Lastly, thank you for treating all guests with snacks and AWESOME SERVICES. First time stayed at this hotel with family for 2 nights. Service not doubt is absolutely fantastic and breakfast is good. Some points that the hotel can further improve, facilities like gym and hair dryer also canopy between building as you can get wet to the gym area if it’s raining. The car park is totally not for the first timer driver 😆

Good hotel. Its quite crowded as year end holidays. But all is quite in order. The pool was not clean enough the 1st day, but on our 2bd day, its clean already

Its really beautiful & amzing breakfast spread

Service was excellent as expected. Breakfast buffet were all good. Location I think not too far from most tourist attractions although we didn't really explore them as much. The only downside was one of the toilet in our rooms happened to be those wheelchair/elderly friendly type, the shower chair was quite dirty.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very kind and attentive. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel is in the Centre of Bandung. It is not far from Kartika Sari to buy some snacks to bring to home

We had a very pleasant stay as a family. Services were excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.

Nice hotel with great service

first check in the lady in front lobby give us smoking room, with out telling us actually it Cleary we asking for no smoking room at booking, when we go to our room my wife almost. vomit, because the tobaccos smell so strong, then we go down to complain but the lady just told us she will sent some one to put some kind of air freshener, and said that the only room available, this unacceptable since we book for non smoking room ,after we said going to cancel. finally she said ok she found another room for us. this is really put this Sheraton hotel in shame to use this lady in check in staff
