The location is at the Main Street, convenience to go out for shopping and dinning. The staff is nice and check in was fast.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, hair dryer, and even a microwave in the room, which was really convenient. The only downside is that there’s no chair, so it can be a little difficult if you need to sit down and work in the room. A big bonus for me was that they use Rocky Mountain Soap Company products, including hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The products were so good that I actually went to the Rocky Mountain Soap store afterward and bought a full set for myself! Overall, a very comfortable stay with some thoughtful amenities.

Convenient to the main town area, easy to take town buses to the gondola and Lake Louise. They also provided a 3-day pass for town buses (does not include the bus to Lake Louise)

I choose this hotel because the price was really good compared to other hotels. But the room was big and there were refrigerators and microwave. It was very comfortable room! Also, their staff were very nice.

The place location was convenient. Love the shampoo and conditioner with natural ingredients. Would love to visit again 😊😊

Stayed for 2 nights, everything is good close to downtown walking distance. The only problem is the aircondition is too loud, the on and off noise that keeps us awake.
