Convenient to the main town area, easy to take town buses to the gondola and Lake Louise. They also provided a 3-day pass for town buses (does not include the bus to Lake Louise)

Convenient transportation with free parking.

Locations, flexible check in and checkout. Plenty of car parking spot. Aircon is noisy. No slippers. no toothbrush and toothpaste provided.

Only 7min walk to downtown, clean and huge room, affordable price, and helpful service! Highly recommend:)

As soon as we walked in, we were hit by the smell of rotten feet. I bought two bottles of dry shampoo and cleaning spray and used them on the carpet and the room, which made it barely bearable. I can't turn on the heater—otherwise the whole place fills with the stench again, and it's also extremely noisy. If possible, it's better to choose somewhere else.

The price was reasonable, and it wasn't far from the downtown core compared to other hotels, which made it easy to get to souvenir shops and supermarkets. Parking wasn't super spacious, but there was always a spot available. There's a gas station right next door, so it was convenient to fill up before parking if you had a rental or your own car. The front desk is in the building right next door, and checking in and out was a breeze. The best part was that the deposit refund was processed immediately. It was a huge relief not having to constantly monitor whether I'd get my deposit back, which is often a source of stress on trips. That was definitely the highlight.

The room was very clean and tidy! However, it was a shame that the conditioner and body wash hadn't been refilled.

They where friends and it was easy to book check in and out it was very clean 10/10

we had a great experience during our trip to bang! the inn is located around 10-15mins from downtown banoff which is very manageable. the staff was also very helpful and friendly. the inn also provides free transport passes so you can take the bang public transport system for free! the inn is also located near other more prominent inns which is great for those who sign up for day tours as the meet up locations are within walking distance.

I had a wonderful two-night stay in Banff. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well organized. After long days enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery, it was the perfect place to relax. A special thank you to Marilyn, who provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to downtown Banff and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff.

Huge room although I felt that my room location was not very private/safe. I was placed on the first level which had large windows that faces the street where people are constantly walking by and able to look in. However, the room was so so spacious, I had a lot of space for my luggages and they even provided free transport tickets for us (available upon request at the counter). One of the cupboard drawers was spoilt and kept coming out when I pushed it in, hopefully they can fix it.

The AC WAS SUPER Noisy . There's hair all over.
