Very good location and staff friendly, good size of room space

Hotel is very expensive for the service and amenities you get.bathroom wasnt cleaned and coffee maching wasnt working

Hotel was great. Trip.com only booked 1 room when I had booked 2. Lucky I called to get a second room secured. I wanted to change one of my rooms to 2 queens from 1 king. What a gong show. Should be simple.

Great location, walkable to all the shops, in the town centre of Banff! The room was comfortable for a family of 4, the shower was decent. I like the spaciousness of the loft when you have so many luggages. The hot chocolate station in the evening is a nice touch. There is a famous farm & fire restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t get to try. The indoor parking is $5 CAD.

Pros: Extremely good location. They have an attached restaurant and cafe right next to the hotel. Very clean facilities. Rooms spacious and has nice views of the town. Staff always very polite and helpful in giving recommendations and allowing us to use the telephone. Able to store bags there after checking out as well. Cons: no safe provided in the room Highly recommend staying here!

The location was right at Banff Ave. Hotel has free parking, so I can explore downtown without any concerns. The room is sufficient. And the staff were just so sweet to celebrate our honeymoon with us. We are thankful for that. Highly recommend.

Very good location, parking is also very convenient. Room is acceptable. However, the service is great. Quite helpful and friendly. Offer lot of local advices. If come back next time, this is hotel will be my first choice.

Good location, but you need to check in first to get a parking lot password. In the meantime, it’s hard to find parking spot.

The room is clean and tidy, and the space is large enough for two people. The location is excellent. It's in the central shopping district.

It was very close to the city center. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll be greeted by a great view. The coffee at the hotel cafe is also delicious.
