Lovely stay & great service. Only thing is when I booked the place on trip.com, the amenities included onsite laundry. But it is permanently closed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace that was perfect for keeping warm when it was cold. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware, so we could easily prepare our own dinner and breakfast.

Better than expected! The facilities are comprehensive, and the property is quite large and very clean. It's a bit far from the town center, but it's quiet and the natural surroundings are beautiful. You can even spot deer right outside!

Expensive. It's not just this hotel, but you really shouldn't come to the Canadian Rockies in the summer. It's too expensive. It's insane. Banff still has Airbnbs, which are definitely cleaner and cheaper. I'd recommend those instead. The great things about this hotel are the pool and the kids' area. They're fantastic. If you're a family, maybe it's worth staying for one night. But the changing rooms are dirty.

This hotel is very kids friendly. Staff are nice and accommodating. They also provides a free bus tickets during your stay. Rooms are very clean and fresh.

Rooms are big and clean. Furniture a bit old but still ok. We found clothes from the previous guest in the room. It has a public outside hot pool the is nice.
