Had to be near customer thus booked here. Few eateries and sufficient supermarkets opposite hotel. Market beside hotel. Hotel breakfast and ammenities are basic. Staff are hospitable.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, with a modern yet Thai resort-style feel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the infinity pool is absolutely stunning! It's very close to the airport, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; most of them speak basic Chinese, and they are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious!

Strong sewer odour in the toilet of our room. After housekeeping had clean the toilet again, the sewer odour gradually grew stronger into the night. We woke up in the morning only to get the strong sewer odour in the toilet. Front desk staff not helpful, when I ask for the hotel WiFi login credentials, the front desk staff ask me to go to front desk from my room. And not polite. I got bitten by some kind of bug when woke in the morning. My wife didn’t get bitten though. Never mind this. We got a bigger room. Room cleanliness is alright except the strong sewer odour which spoils the overall staying experience. Many Chinese tour group who speak loudly and making a lot of noise early in the morning. No problem with groups but should keep quite so as not to disturb other guests. I liked their non chlorine treated pool, I guess. Good location with few convenient shop and thai delicacies. We choose this hotel for our convenience to attend events in Assumption University. Overall, I would not recommend for free leisure travellers.

No TV connections... no Restaurants...just breakfast chinese...otherwise ok

Room is spacious. Close to Lotus, Seven Eleven, Topsy and fruit/wet market. Breakfast is very normal. Very strange to limit an egg for a guest. Swimming pool is available but no related services like changing rooms or towels or shampoo provided. Green tea is provided but no cups. Difficult booking. Difficult communication in English.

I came to play golf at a nearby golf course and chose a hotel that was close to the hotel. I didn't expect it to be very unique and have an infinity pool. Because I didn't know how to adjust the water heater, I called the front desk and arranged for a waiter to come up in less than a minute. I found out that the water heater was in the cabinet of the sink. After adjusting the water temperature, I took a beautiful bath. . The next day, I needed to take a taxi to go out, and the front desk was also very enthusiastic to help me call a taxi.

All the positive reviews for this hotel are fake. Besides being cheap, it has no other redeeming qualities. The hotel seems to partner with many low-cost tour groups in China, hauling people in busloads. There are also people running online businesses and pyramid schemes. The rooms are full of geckos. Rooms for solo travelers are at the far end of the street, with motorcycles revving loudly at night and people drinking and shouting from restaurants downstairs. It's utterly ridiculous.

The room was very clean and spacious. The receptionist spoke excellent Chinese, especially the young lady in the evening who was very friendly and spoke excellent Chinese. I was very satisfied.
