Madusea Grand Villa (Koh Larn-Pattaya)

It's suitable for staying with a child. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the renovation quality is excellent. There's voice control and electric curtains. The pool access from the room is convenient, and the view is beautiful. The bed linen is nice, and the mattress is comfortable and high-quality. The minibar is free, stocked with a bottle of champagne and snacks. There's also a complimentary motorbike and transfer from the pier to the hotel. The breakfast presentation was lovely (we had a floating breakfast). Cons: The floor wasn't very clean. Most food cannot be brought into the room (e.g., we bought shrimp and scallop skewers, but weren't allowed to eat them in the room). They only offered breakfast in the room at specific times, either 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM (which was too early for us). Check-out is strictly at 11 AM, with no late check-out or a 50% charge. The breakfast was absolutely unappetizing; all the greens in the salad were dirty. The croissant had margarine and an unappetizing filling. There were very few fruits. The soup was bland and had too much pepper. We left hungry and went to a cafe for breakfast. We checked in at 5:30 PM and hardly used the motorbike. We asked to extend the motorbike rental on check-out day to explore the island, but they refused. We were charged 300 Baht for an extra set of bed linen, which I believe should be included. Overall, it left a bad taste. I don't think this hotel justifies its price, and the service level is low. You don't feel like a valued guest here, and I have no desire to return. However, I must admit the room itself is very pleasant.

The room was fantastic! The private pool was huge, and we got welcome drinks and afternoon tea. The croissants were absolutely delicious! They even provided a free scooter, which was awesome. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms are tiny, and the pool is even smaller. It's overpriced, and they unfairly fine you at checkout. They treat tourists like ATMs and just try to rip you off.

We arrived at Naan Pier and were picked up by the hotel's shuttle, which was a really nice touch! The booking also included a scooter for our entire stay. Upon request, the hotel even refills the gas tank, which is incredibly convenient and a fantastic extra service! My girlfriend and I booked a villa for 5 days to celebrate her birthday. It's very private; we had the place to ourselves and barely saw other guests. The location is very quiet, with a beautiful view of Pattaya Bay, so you can see Jomtien Beach and the city skyline. The food is really good, and it's such a cool experience to eat breakfast by your private pool! Wow! The price also includes the minibar, which housekeeping restocks daily after use. You also have access to a rowboat without extra rental fees. But one of the best things is the direct chat with the hotel staff. Whether it's WhatsApp or Line, you're directly connected to the hotel to choose breakfast, schedule room cleaning, or ask general questions. For example, I was able to ask directly where to rent fishing gear, and I always got immediate help. We were also taken back to the pier by shuttle at check-out. There's a laundry service too, though we didn't use it. You can also conveniently order food, coffee, tea, cocktails, or snacks from the hotel restaurant via QR code. It gets delivered to your room or by the pool – truly cool! The bill can be conveniently paid at check-out. If you just want to relax, this place is truly perfect, and even better for couples, honestly. Everything was spot on here, truly just perfect. We'd love to come back anytime. All the staff are also very friendly, always. Wow wow wow, what a hotel!
