We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Room 2. The service couldn’t have been any better. You simply give a quick call on arrival at the port and they will come to collect you and your cases, taking you straight to your accommodation. The accommodation itself is surprisingly large, with a stylish industrial interior. There are plenty of clean, fluffy towels and snowy white bedding. The plunge pool is kept extremely clean. I had previously seen comments suggesting they were a little dirty, but I can assure you they have taken the feedback on board and renovated all the pools to an excellent standard. They are very shallow, but as advertised, it is just a plunge pool—and it does the job perfectly. One day we wanted to go to the beach, but as it was peak holiday season it was a little overcrowded for us. We decided to stay at the villa instead, and the staff kindly provided us with chairs and tables so we could relax there. What amazing service! The breakfast is absolutely incredible. It takes three staff members to deliver it to your door! Breakfast is served in your room and includes cooked sausages and bacon, fresh fruits, orange juice, and anything else you could wish for. For the star rating this place has, I can honestly say I’ve received far less service in some five-star hotels. Thank you again for an amazing stay that made our trip incredibly special.
