We had a great stay at our hotel in Bangna. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. Having a 7-11 right outside was super convenient, and it was just a short drive to Mega Bangna. Overall, very satisfied with the stay — we’ll definitely come back again!

Hospitable people work at the hotel. There is a feature of the hotel, you need a deposit of 500 baht in cash. Far from the center, long to get there. Clean in the room. There is free water and coffee for one time. Shower gel and shampoo. There is a 7/11 store nearby. It's a pity that they don't accept cards in the store; (which shocked us. But overall it's a 4* hotel

I didn't use it to sleep, just to find a place to wait for the plane and pack my bags a bit. I was only going to be there for a few hours, so I looked for a place that wasn't too expensive. The lady who was taking care of the room was very kind. I recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression. I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better. On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive. The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.

Entering the accommodation at 9:00 p.m., there was no staff available to provide service. **This is understood to be during the long holiday season. We called the room ourselves when checking in. In conclusion, the accommodation had a security guard come to take care of us instead. He's already old. We informed him that he had reserved through Trip.com and he said no, he wouldn't accept it. Are you only receiving items from another company? *Until it's cleared up Before getting into the room It's a waste of time. He doesn't know much and doesn't listen to customers + Uncle's tone of voice and service are not okay. Do we pay friends in exchange for services like this? The price is quite high compared to 1 night, 1,000 + the service received. The room does not match the cover, the air conditioner is not cool, the room is stuffy + there are water stains. **Please leave a message to the accommodation if you would like to receive guests at the event. Maybe just sometimes or temporarily. Please provide information and recommend better basic services to customers.

The location is quite biased, and there is a famous temple next to it, you can walk over. Not far from the bang phi Big C mall, there are shopping, eating, KFC, McDonald's and so on. It takes 5 minutes by taxi to get there. There is a large swimming pool on the second floor. Many foreigners from Europe and the United States live here, and the price is relatively cheap. A good choice for free travel, highly recommended.
