A very convenient hotel with shuttle service with an overnight stay out. The room is spacious with clean white towels, the mattress is a bit soft but overall the bedding is comfortable. The shower with strong pressure & there is a door at the bathroom to avoid flooding the toilet. Breakfast is delicious & you can’t imagine to have pizza as well.

I do not forget this hotel easily because the hotel itself has excellent fengshui and it brings luck to all staff and miracles to plane-spotters like me. I am surprised to witness Ethiopian Cargo's inaugural flight from Liege to Suvarnabhumi and inaugural flight from Suvarnabhumi to Anchorage on the rooftop pool area as well as Kenya Airways' wildlife-themed Dreamliner livery on 8 April 2025. Good news to customers that book the rooms without meals: The hotel restaurant King Kaeo Coffeeshop has reduced cost of breakfast from 290 Baht to 250 Baht per guest after the 28 March earthquake.

Great location 15 minutes from the airport. Free shuttle from and to the airport. The hotel shuttle wanted me to wait for 1h at the airport. As it is only 10min by taxi, i declined. The Hotel is directly at a noisy road which is kind of compensated by rather good noise blocking windows. Unfortunately in my room the window did not close properly which caused the noise to come in. I did barely sleep because of that. The Airconditioning i could set to whatever temperature, after a short while it did switch back to 23degrees. That caused me to freeze several times at night. Even switching it off didn’t help, after a while it switched itself on again. I mentioned that at checkout, but it seemed to be a known problem as the staff supervisor did not even react or apologize. Sees to be the normal poor service quality there. The interiors of the hotel are somewhat nice after all. And there is a hidden gem on the ground floor. Nice ans stylish cafe with good coffee quality and nice and friendly staff.

I have stayed there two or three times over the past few years and I always enjoyed my stay I left a small bag there by a mistake I called them they found it and they kept it for me for a week which is was nice over them I enjoy the other faculties that they have their like the massage and the restaurant which comes in very handy especially the massage after a long flight

The hotel is very nice and well maintained with very nice restaurants, one is located on the roof to watch arriving or departing aircraft. The staff are very accommodating for any requests you may have. The location to the airport, depending on the traffic, is 10 to 15 minutes away.

It was a very good stay at Best Bed Suvarnabhumi Hostel. I chose a Basic Single Room and it had a very comfortable bed. However, be aware that they do not have a lift in the building, so you will have to carry your heavy suitcase to the first floor or the second floor. There is a large communal area on the group floor and boiled water is always available. I used a meter-taxi from Lat Kranbang Station, and it cost 50 baht. Just beside the hostel, there are a couple of eating places, offering very local Thai food. Also, you can find Seven-Eleven neaby.

The hotel is close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport and is very convenient for living after landing. Moreover, there are convenience stores, roadside stalls and various Thai foods downstairs, which are more convenient for living. Can smoke on the balcony, the family room is generally good, the room is quite large, the equipment is also abstained, the lack of front desk service is not good.
