The is a new property that sets the benchmark for customer service and ranks right up there with the Taj Hotels and the Shangri-La. The front desk crew, restaurant crew, maintenance crew are an examples for every Hilton and any hotel property in the world!! They understand the Hilton loyalty program to the core and ensure world class service. Hilton should be proud to have this hotel in their portfolio. Every member is out there is focused to making the stay an outstanding memorable experience for the customer. As a life time Hilton Diamond and life time Marriott Titanium member who has stayed at a lot of both hotels’ properties around the world, I am very impressed by the “can do” attitude of everyone there. The people at this property are ensuring loyalty by their service. The breakfast buffet has a nice large variety of western and Indian offering. Something for everyone. Moderating the salt content would be my only recommendation. I was upgraded to a suite that was spacious and very comfortable. I could stay there for a long time!!!! Would certainly go back here and would recommend this property. Onwards and upwards!!! Well done!!

I stayed in BlueTree ByHilton hotel for three weeks and my experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the service provided by the entire team was consistently professional, efficient, and friendly. The staff was always attentive and willing to help, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The level of organization, cleanliness, and overall comfort exceeded my expectations and made my stay both pleasant and stress-free. I particularly appreciated the warm reception and the attention to detail throughout my stay. Overall, the quality of service was outstanding, and it is clear that the team is committed to providing a high standard of hospitality. I am grateful to everyone, especially for the time I spent with them on a daily basis, Bikash, PAYAL, Pritan, Shrada, Sunalee, Gloria, Susmita, ,Suzane.
