Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly.
The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it.
Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess.
Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands.
The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time.
Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

Decent hotel. A little dated, but makes up for it with great Service and location. Food was also very good. Would stay here again. Top floor has open pool and bar which is great for relaxing and catching some sun. The Gym was weak and needs some help.

Me and my husband came out for a date at noon. The ambience is too good. The food we ordered is at time. The lunch was too good . I really enjoyed the malai jhinga starter. Monish and Dewan been really warm in their service. We enjoyed their hospitality and food suggestions. I would highly recommend this place.

We came for a late lunch and were thrilled by the new set menu available here. We ordered Malai Jhinga, Chicken Fried Rice, Club Sandwich and a Classic Apfstrudel (desert). All the dishes were made to perfection and were really yum! To garnish the experience, we had a really warm hospitality exhibited by Mr. Devan & Mr. Monish.

The food and service is excellent here. Monish and Dewan were very pro-active and treated us well. All the items are soo clean and flavourful. The ambience is also great here. Overall, we had wonderful experience on our special day. I definitely recommend this place.

The stay was very good, and the room cleaning staff (pramod and venket) were extremely helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this suite stay for anyone who is working out of Sarjapur area in Bengaluru, or visiting a workplace there

I’m towards the end of an 8 week stay and the staff here have been wonderful. A particular shout out to Nikki and Roslyn who always make sure we have our morning coffee and evening beverages of choice, Pavan for keeping the rooms clean, and Aayan for his thoughtfulness in always making sure we have what we need!

Was a delight to stay here. The staff is amazing. Sandhya (receptionist) gave me a warm cookie on arrival which was a soul satisfying gesture. She explained things is detail and provided a seamless check-in experience. Special thanks to- Deepa, for her hospitality. She was always present at the breakfast buffet greeting with a smile and guiding me to the table making sure I was seated comfortably. Roseline, for her prompt service. She made sure I was tended well at the breakfast buffet. Thank you for your amazing service. Kudos to you. Rishav, for always making sure that I was given the best service. He has a very warm and welcoming nature which is a must for his role. His professionalism and people skills are outstanding. Dipon, for his quick and spotless room service. He is an expert at his job and set my room straight within 10 mins. Thank you very much for your amazing service. Chandni, for her wonderful service at the buffet.
