Es ist jedoch völlig inakzeptabel, dass Sie nicht vorab informiert wurden und dadurch über Stunden gestört wurden.Ebenso bedaure ich zutiefst, dass Ihre Bestellung beim Zimmerservice ohne Rückmeldung oder Erläuterung nicht geliefert wurde. Das entspricht in keiner Weise unseren Servicestandards. Ich habe diesen Vorfall bereits direkt mit unserem F&B- und Rezeptionsteam aufgenommen, um die genauen Gründe zu klären und sicherzustellen, dass eine solche Kommunikationslücke nicht wieder vorkommt.Wir verstehen Ihre Enttäuschung vollkommen.
