Room is good but power on an off an its happen several time buffet is not that standard for a Marriot hotel standard
Location is ok as it next to shopping an IT companies
Have at least 1 hour to travel to airport

Bell boy was biased to provide better service to Caucasian customers and not attentive. Despite great efforts from the staff, TV in room remains unusable for two days. Though the house keeping team are hard-working, the hotel is worn down and need to be refurbished.

I don’t had the best experience in this Marriott brand hotel, once I got into the room I felt instante the smell of the mold,maybe because of the AC. Then I found a cockroach in the bathroom!
It’s was only for one night but I definitely will not stay there again!

I made a reservation for 4 nights with breakfast for 2 people, but was informed that breakfast was not included, so I showed my reservation several times and talked to them, but they told me to talk directly to the travel agent, and the travel agent I booked said that the reservation information was passed over as without breakfast. When I talked to Trip.com, 3 counselors took turns asking the same story... All 3 counselors said they would give me a refund, but even after 4 days, there was no refund, and I had to check the hotel for breakfast. . Then, suddenly, on the 3rd night, I received an email saying that breakfast would be included at the hotel, so I deleted the date and time I received the email and delivered it to my personal email after 11pm on the 3rd night that breakfast was now included at the hotel. Since I protest again against Trip.com's rude and unreasonable response, they say that the hotel cannot be contacted by phone and are only dragging their time. First of all, the front desk female staff in the hotel lobby were rude, and Trip.com was irresponsible. I have booked and used various hotels and flights through Trip.com for years, and I am really disappointed. Request a quick refund.

I stayed at the Fairfield at Rajajinagar again - this time for two days for a business visit. The day one experience was very mediocre with me being given a room that was untidy and not upto Marriott standards at all. After having briefed Ankita Majumdar (the duty ***ager) about the various issues faced and honestly not having too ***y expectations - it was a pleasant surprise to see her go out of her way to make things better and win back an upset guest and make my experience so much better ! I would highly recommend her to be recognised for the job she is doing and hope the hotel considers her as a true asset to the organisation ! Thank you Ankita for doing whatever it took to make my Day two experience much better ! Will definitely be back to the hotel in my future stays in Bengaluru.
