Langford Keys by Tgi

Room floor was sandy. Toilet was not clean. Service was ok. Breakfast was good.

Mr. Antony, Mr. Vijay, and all the staff at the hostel are very kind and lovely. Everyone is ready to help whenever there is a problem. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, and I will definitely stay here again

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. I’ve stayed at many hotels in India and around the world, but in terms of service and cleanliness, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. ・Breakfast was extremely poor, and shockingly, I even found a cockroach on one of the food plates. ・Although the room was marked as “cleaned,” nothing had been done except placing new towels — the room was completely untouched. ・When I raised these issues, the staff didn’t apologize at all and even responded with an attitude that felt mocking. I would never recommend this hotel. If they want to improve, they should start immediately.

Good property with reasonable rate in Bangalore city

would like to appreciate the hotel staff for their excellent service throughout my stay. The reception team was welcoming, attentive, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The housekeeping staff maintained the room with great care, keeping it spotless and comfortable every day. The in-room dining staff were courteous, prompt, and the food was always delivered fresh and on time. A special mention to FO Staff & Cheff for their professionalism, warmth, and outstanding service. Their efforts truly made my stay pleasant and memorable

Worst experience I ever had iny life The response of hotel people to the experience had at hotel was even more distressing. Suffered rat bite and the hotel people didn't even seem to care

The staff here are very helpful, especially Anthony. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the food is delicious. The security guard in front of the dormitory takes great care of the women in our group

Rooms were good and clean. Had a great experience. Sadrul was also very helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Hope to visit soon.
