Service staff , kitchen staff were good and hospitable and the 2 ladies at front desk and a guy were friendly and helpful.
But one gentlemen from front desk asked me to move room tho claiming as a request just coz some other guests want to occupy the room and they had party. I even offered to check out in the evening inspite my booking was for next day and was paid in advance.
It was horrible experience and had to check out immediately inspite paying for full 6 nights.
Unforgettable and bitter experience.

“I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the hotel is located in a very calm nd cool place ample car parking space the front office staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant services were top-notch and fast awesome taste . breakfast options was really scrumptious . They do have the banquets for conferences, parties ,functions Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel!”

The stay is gud.. near rooms with hot water facility. Had issues on water but it's solved instantly and excellent hospitality. Tip to improve pls have english books as well on library which you maintain on 2nd floor.

Clean rooms with proper working air conditioning and clean bedsheets and wardrobes and floors but tv should’ve been much better
