Booking was made by me. I made a mistake because I forgot that I have to catch a 8am flight the next morning. Too far from airport. I asked whether they can transfer my 2nd night to a Lemon Tree nearer to airport. There were no duty managers working. They said that I have to wait until 10am the following day. I check out and there were a few senior staff but they did nothing to address my problem (though they knew about my case - because every one of them were asking why we checked out). Used to stay at Lemon Tree hotels but with this bad experience, Lemon Tree will no longer be in my list.

Great, stayed here many times already. Good food, very spacious room!

PLACE IS GOOD

It was a clean and spacious accommodation. The location was good, so it was convenient for business trips. I think I will visit again during my next business trip to India.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Lemon Tree Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and festive atmosphere perfect for such a special occasion. The staff, particularly Rana, Manoj, Kai, and Pinku, were exceptional in their service and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from the seating arrangements to the food service. The food was another highlight of the event—delicious, fresh, and enjoyed by all our guests. The chefs curated a great menu with ample variety, catering to both adults and children. The team’s coordination and hospitality were commendable, making sure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the event. A special mention goes to the staff for their patience and understanding, especially when dealing with the excitement and energy of a children’s party. Thanks to Rana, Manoj, Kai, and Pinku, the day was stress-free for us, and we could focus on enjoying the celebration. Overall, Lemon Tree Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for hosting family events. We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Bangalore Electronic City. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment to unwind. The breakfast spread was delightful! I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, ‍♀️Overall, a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

What a serene location it was nestled at; the staff of the hotel made it even more pleasant with their non-intrusive attention. What surprised me was the housekeeping staff, supervised by the friendly manager Anand (who goes the extra mile by fulfilling requests), who folded my strewn clothes and left a pleasant floral arrangement on the bed. Breakfast spread was extensive and though I never had supper, I espied the spread one evening and it was quite large too. Definitely recommended, this place!

If you need a home after you come from office or travelling the day then book this hotel. The location is amazing followed by the stay. There are multiple food options in the buffet maintaining best in class hygiene and safety. They did room cleaning everyday and even went with customising any food to meet the guests requirement. Special mention to Chitaranjan who always took care of every small details and even made us a great mocktail. One should ask for it on their visit. Every member of the staff from Eli to Rana the manager were prompt and alway serving with a smile. The care and hospitality made the difference, it really felt like a happy place each day. You should definitely give this a try when in Bangalore.

The food and stay was really good. All the members are very professional and polite. We stayed there for 2 weeks and they took care of every details infact getting us customized food. The room was clean, sanitized, the gym and pool facilities were great.

Nice hotel, well trained and polite staff. Biplab, Eli, Chingnu and Nirma are good hotel staff. I always prefer to stay in lemon tree in any city. Food is good and delicious. It is the best to stay in electronic city. I would recommend it to enjoy the pleasant stay.

Excellent hospitality, very friendly and neat service by the house keeping Dinakaran, Mahadev, Rajeev. Neat and clean room, excellent food and good ambience. Excellent room cleaning, surprisingly they have done a towel decoration which is very good and reflection of kind gesture. Good job overall.

I pleasure to share my feedback about the housekeeping service, I’ve travel around the India, I feel better and good service in Bangalore branch. Samrat, Ritu Moni and Rintudas have done the best service ever I seen. Gym was well Maintained

Staff at Lemon tree is really helpful. I want to mention specifically that duty manager Mr. Anand had gone to extra mile to serve me. From the moment I arrived, your team ensured that every detail of my visit was taken care of with the utmost professionalism and warmth. The cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It is clear that your leadership plays a significant role in maintaining such high standards.

The rooms are fine, but quality of food at breakfast as well service quality in room service leave a lot of scope for improvement. Funniest is room service, where you scan the menu and order online. This will be validated by an OTP and then a call from the restaurant (?) to verify if you really made the order. Wait .. if you don't get this call, please call room service as they forget the waiting online orders, till you remind them !! To top it, they try bluff their way through when they have not started preparing your food (sandwich!!) even 15 minutes after your online order.. hilarious if you are not hungry!! Hangry otherwise at dinner time, after a long day.
