Goldfinch Hotel Bangalore

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The exterior photo is deceptive - it looks like a high-rise, but it's only five stories with no great view. On the other hand, the room photos are accurate. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful, but checking out early in the morning was a different story. The staff seemed new and unfamiliar with the process. Overall, it's a nice property, but it could be better managed. I'm not sure if I'd return. The area is also quite congested, but there are other hotels nearby that look more appealing.

One of the worst hotel in banglore. Day one and day two facing water supply issue and the room is old. I can get other hotel options within this price. Will not back again!

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Room was clean but water pressure was very bad. Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering… Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time
