This is the most terrible hotel I ever had in my life! I stayed in room#355 on Jan 1st 2025. 1. The toilet was not able to flash, even after called the house keeper to fix it, the toilet was just leaking and you can hear the water kept running while long. When the guy came in he was just playing with his cellphone. 2. The air conditioner control panel was a joke, I tried to turn the temperature up but it was just kept going down. 3. The worst part, the elevator was broken in the morning, no sign nor any notice to customers. We have to take the stairs to walk down to the ground in order to reentry to the hotel.

We had a truly lovely experience at Vivanta. The property is conveniently located inside the city, making it very easy to reach. A special mention to the staff for their understanding and hospitality — my daughter accidentally broke a glass during our stay, but the team handled it very kindly without asking for any charges. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and made us feel at ease. Checkout was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Suraj, who was very polite and helpful throughout.

Our stay at the Taj Bangalore Airport was wonderful. We stayed at the Taj Kempegowda International Airport Hotel in room 373. Aavantika was truly the best host we could have asked for—warm, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Deluxe Suite. Her recommendations for everything Taj were spot-on. The suite was excellent for a family stay. It featured a spacious living room, an attic-style separate bedroom, a large bathroom, a small office nook, and a mini fridge. A thoughtful touch was the two smart TVs, which allowed us to log into our personal streaming accounts like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, making us feel right at home. One area that could use improvement was the shower in our suite—the door didn’t seal well, and a fair amount of water would leak onto the bathroom floor during showers. It wasn't a major issue, but it did detract slightly from the otherwise luxurious experience. Breakfast was served on the west side. The selection included some great healthy options like sprouts and eggs, but the pastries were a bit dry. I would have loved to see a small barista counter offering freshly prepared chai, matcha lattes, or even turmeric lattes. The premade beverages just didn’t quite deliver the same comfort or quality. After checkout, the service continued to impress. The hotel manager helped us arrange transport to the terminal, and Mr. Ranjit went above and beyond by assisting us with our baggage check-in. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we were very thankful for his support. Overall, it was a memorable stay with outstanding service. With a few small tweaks, it could be absolutely flawless.
