Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway

The staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, the breakfast is amazing, and the concierge staff were very supportive while we were leaving. Will surely go back.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a strong positive impression. I also appreciated the level of security in place, with both car and personnel screening at the entrance, which provided added reassurance. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was splendid with a great variety of options available. A special mention to Nithin, who assisted us during check-in! His professionalism and warm demeanour stood out, although I must say that the entire team demonstrated the same high standard of service. I will definitely choose this hotel if i visit Bangalore!

The stay was wonderful and service was great. We were even given a cake when we told them the trip is for a birthday celebration. Will definitely stay there again!

Clean and good location. Friendly staffs. Unfortunately one of the days 2 out of 3 elevators were not workinflg during the morning peak hours. Other than that everything was grear.
