"I have stayed recently in the hotel ***** with my friend and I must stay hotel doesn't disappoint in any aspect. From entering to the promise till you leave it really felt like a home. Reception staff Mrunali - always has a genuine and pretty smile on her face whenever she interacts with the guests. Chef Narendra know what to serve to the guest. I know due to the ongoing crlircumstance food in the hotel is limited but what makes limited food also special the quality and presentation. 100 marks for presentation. Housekeeping staff - could not remember the name but was pro active. Cleaning and amenities makes the room more specious."

"I have stayed in a Premium room for 5 nights. Premium rooms were front facing. I have booked a room on higher floor. The room was neat and clean. But room was not spacious. One would get nice view from the room but window was not wide enough. Food served at the Bramble restaurant on top floor was nice. One would get a spectacular view from the upper deck of the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was OK. However, same menu was repeated everyday. Front office staff Ms. Anitha was humble and friendly. Location was good and Banashankari metro station was 10 minutes walking distance from hotel."

"When I checked out of the hotel, they delayed my checkout by demanding I pay for an airport pickup fee for a room I hadn't even used. It's been 10 days since my stay, and I still haven't received a refund for my deposit. This was a very unpleasant experience for a 5-star hotel. I highly recommend this place."

"Very central location nearby to MG Road, with good security that checks every vehicle entering the Hotel. There is also bag check at the entrance for safety. Rooms are quite large and comfortable and amenities are very decent with a large Gym, pool, and 3 restaurants to choose from (Indian, Asian, and Italian). Breakfast spread was also delicious and included in my stay. Concierge service is good as they are able to arrange airport transfer and vehicle local transfer from hotel to office and back fairly quickly. The only downside is the wifi login was unable to work and we had to get the 24hour one time code to use the wifi everyday. Inconvenient as we need the wifi to clear some work."
