Hotel maintained hygiene, beautiful and luxury rooms, cafe reset's food was delicious. Specially front office department was very helpful and polite. Must recommend to everyone. All the amenities are in rooms like dental kit, comb, slippers, Tea kettle, Saving kit, all are there.

Very upsetting experience. Booked the hotel room on prepaid basis but get delayed at least 30 mins when checking out being told payment was not settled. It was a business trip and my meeting was delayed and almost missed the flight after meeting. Hotel guy firstly checked with booking agent and get clarification the booking was prepaid and let me go. Nevertheless, after a few hours, notification came saying hotel still took payment from my credit card ! On the second day, another notification came informing payment was refunded to me because payment was settled by agent!

Going out is the elevated road under construction, dusty and choking to death. The hotel staff repeatedly collected money. Although they later found out the record of the payment that was made on the night of the check-in, they lost a lot of time and almost missed the flight. The restaurant is too expensive. A bowl of curry chicken plus a small bowl of rice charged 420 rupees.

A Prodigious & Prestigious Property. Had been there just for exploring the outlets and visit room categories for an upcoming Anniversary Celebration, I was cordially invited and shown all the outlets . Would like to thank Mr.Sayan Guria, for the showround of the property .He’s a genial person and eagerly answered to all questions regarding the property. The facilities and outlets are extraordinary. The rooms were spacious and welcoming service was extraordinary.

The best transit Hotel just 10 mins drive from the Bengaluru Airport. I got a person ***oj was in the reservatation and he helped me a lot. the Restaurant was not in service as of yday its a relatively very very new hotel but is nice and I basically use this for transit and had shower and all that. you can order room service which will come from near by restaurant in 10 mins max. VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDING FOR ANYONE USING BENGALURU AS A TRANSIT POINT FOR CONNECTING FLIGHTS. YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED.
