Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. However, i was surprised the hotel allows guests to pack their purchase goods into boxes for delivery right outside my room along the corridor. There were a few people packing with their masking tapes at night until I had to confront them asking what time will they complete. It was until 10.00pm plus when the irritating masking tape sound stopped. I thought the goods lying along the corridor were posing a fire hazard in terms of catching a fire as well as preventing a quick escape for the hotel guests. I will avoid staying in Pratunam hotels in future. I was at their 2nd building on the 4th level. Pictures taken outside my room.

Great hotel and rooms are newly renovated but just be careful with the bed edges that may hit when wanna pass through from corner. Comfy bed and Housekeeping personel did a great job. Khun Thanyaporn, Nooma & the Receptionist on duty Sunday afternoon shift (cant get her name) were very helpful and friendly for all the request prior and upon checked-in as well as during the stay. Recommended hotel and will stay again when back to BKK. Welcome Fuji Apple was simple and nice 😊

My second stay with Galleria 12 did not disappoint, re-booked the Slender Room this time around. Some additional things that I thought I should add apart from my first review: 1. Accessibility — I cannot emphasise how an accommodation’s proximity to a BTS Station being a “must” if you do not drive or ride. It’s ~8 minutes from leaving the hotel to Asok BTS! 2. Proximity to a Night Market — SW1 Market is right along Sukhumvit Road, where you’ll exit from Suk Chai Alley as you walk from the hotel. While prices can be a higher than normal street food stalls, they’re open until midnight so you’ll still be able to get your street food fix for supper. 3. Emphasis on Guests’ Safety — It was during this stay with Galleria 12 that we had a faulty lift in Block B where my room was located. As I got onto the lift and was headed for the Ground Floor, it started to make weird mechanical noises. An alert housekeeping staff who was near the lift of a lower floor had pressed the lift and advised me to take the stairs until this (potential) issue could be resolved. Sure enough, the faulty lift was cordoned off shortly. Rating: Condition and Cleanliness of Rooms — 5/5 Location — 5/5 (would be higher if I could) Service from Staff (Housekeeping, Concierge, Front of House/ Reception) — 5/5 Would I stay here again? 100% for sure. Thanks again to everyone at Galleria 12 for making the stay a pleasant one.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The AC had problem at first then the staff helped The location is great The toilet at the lobby ****** 😑

I was very happy with my stay. The room was kept spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location on Sukhumvit 11 is perfect and makes getting around very easy🥰

Well this is a great little hotel tucked away at the end of Soi 13 SUKHUMVIT great location and just been renovated to a high quality and beds and pillows and showers very good smart TVs and great aircon ice cold I always stay here now when I’m out and about unbelievable price if you can get in there as it’s started to get busy staff are very friendly and professional always remember my name roof top pool that’s always quiet as well ..here’s some pictures

Good hotel not overly fancy but more affordable than others. The pool is small but fine and the fitness room is good. The breakfast is excellent superb quality and good choice. I would recommend and stay again. I stayed in king room suite. Went to Sportsman bar soi 13 for roast dinner only 249 baht for lamb/ beef. .
