The hotel’s location is quite convenient, situated near many reputable Japanese restaurants. The gym is well-equipped for guest use. Let’s Relax senior Thai lady staff members are consistently welcoming and friendly to guests upon arrival. Additionally, the bell desk team is helpful, professional, and makes an effort to greet guests in their preferred languages, despite many of us speaking English. However, the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a 5-star property. Some front desk staffs and the older senior duty manager appear less approachable, with expressions that may seem unwelcoming and a reluctance to share detailed information. Check-in and check-out processes could benefit from a warmer service approach, as they gave off a hurried, uninterested and fast-food vibe. The shower area could use some maintenance to address mold, and the breakfast offerings might not match the variety and quality expected at other 5-star hotels in Bangkok. Our travel party all agreed that it was the worst 5-star Bangkok hotels breakfast. For those accustomed to other 5-star hotels such as Okura, Nikko, or Kimpton BKK, which have comparable room rates depending on the season, you might want to consider these options for a more consistent experience.

Our initial room smelled quite bad, and the hallway reeked of smoke. The furniture was a bit dated, and the duvet cover felt old and worn from too many washes. The air conditioning was also very noisy. We asked to cancel our extended stay, but the hotel refused. So, we contacted Ctrip customer service, who helped us negotiate with the hotel multiple times. They eventually moved us to a much cleaner and tidier room, and we're very grateful to Ctrip for their help. The hotel also has a great pool, sauna, and game room!

Stayed at Grande Centre Point Lumphini Bangkok. Overall, it was a mixed experience—the location is excellent, but several practical room design issues and housekeeping details reduced the overall comfort. Highlights: The hotel is directly opposite One Bangkok and about a 270m walk to the Lumphini MRT entrance. The extra-large king bed was a plus and could comfortably sleep three adults. We also enjoyed a corner room view from Level 38. Appreciation to the team for granting a late checkout to 1:00 pm despite the festive season. Areas for improvement: Housekeeping needs to be more attentive to cleaning details. As a full-service hotel, I expected used cups and plates to be cleared and either replaced or washed during daily housekeeping. The microwave is installed extremely low (around calf level), which is awkward and inconvenient when handling hot food. The sink faucet extension is short and low, making it difficult to fill the kettle and a bit tight for washing hands. For the Jacuzzi, bath salts should be replenished beyond the first night. For an executive suite, the travel-size shampoo/conditioner/body wash felt insufficient—mounted dispensers in the shower area would be more practical. Lastly, smaller cups would work better with the Nespresso machine, as the provided mugs are too large to fit comfortably under the spout. Great location and views, but the above improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.

The hotel is located inside a shopping mall and features large panoramic windows with automatic blinds. Everything feels very modern and well designed. The hotel has great infrastructure, including walking areas, a tennis court, and a scenic swimming pool. One thing to note: my taxi dropped me off inside the mall, and it took quite a while to find the hotel entrance. Access is card-controlled, so I had to exit the mall and locate the main entrance separately.

I'm very impressed of the hotel room's cleaneese and quality of material. Location is great to go anywhere and they run free shuttle bus to BTS. Multi function room is great with PS5, driving game and dots and gym also nice. Swimming is consider as small but very clean and no I couldn't see any mold at all. - I didn't have their breakfast but overall very good!!!! 7/11 is also located near hotel, ATT19 is close from the hotel Only one negative thing is nothing to eat around the hotel at night. Need to go out to somewhere for meal.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied, except for the front desk during check-in. My friends and I booked three rooms in total. It was still 20 minutes before 2 PM, but everyone was checking in, so we lined up too. However, the people checking in before and after me were able to get into their rooms, but I didn't get a room key. So I went to ask the woman who checked me in. I specifically used a Thai translator to ask her, and she told me she couldn't understand Thai? Fine, then I used an English translator to ask her when my room would be ready. She mumbled a bunch of things. I was clearly using a translation app the whole time, so she knew my communication wasn't great, yet she didn't even bother to pull out her phone to translate! This was the only staff member, whether at restaurants or hotels, that was too lazy to use a translation app. I found her unfriendly, and I even felt her impatience, she even shook her leg! Finally, she impatiently said, 'ten minutes.' Was it my fault? I feel like at least 80% of the guests at breakfast are Chinese. Your hotel should at least have someone who speaks a little Chinese, right? There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs. If you're so impatient, then don't do the job!
