The hotel seems old but it is a very big room and it seems to have everything you need. The location is about 45-50 minutes walking distance to Khao San Road. There are shopping malls nearby. The price/performance ratio is very good.

Good location

This is a typical Thai local apartment. If you go there after seeing the photos, you'll be disappointed. Most Thai locals rent for a year. From what I've seen, the monthly rent is around 5,000 baht.

We stayed for one night. The room was clean, and I think it's perfect for a family vacation, as it's located a bit far from the city center. We didn't encounter any inconveniences. The only thing is that the air conditioning is a bit weak, but you can set it to turbo mode and it's fine.
