We always stay here if we flying from Donmuang airport because too close airport the room clean and staff very friendly.

Extremely dissatisfied! This hotel is incredibly rigid and uncommunicative! Due to an urgent family matter, I suddenly couldn't check in as planned. Although the booking was non-refundable, most businesses would usually offer a full or partial refund once they understand the reason. This hotel, however, refused to refund even a single penny! So inflexible! And completely unwilling to communicate! But Trip.com's service, on the other hand, was excellent! They provided a very satisfactory solution!

I liked that I didn't have to insert a car key into the room. The refrigerator was large and very clean. The staff at the counter were also very friendly. I plan to stay here again the next time I travel to Don Mueang Airport.

The hotel has a very good location. However, the level of assistance provided to guests was quite limited. The free airport shuttle service was only available until 9:00 a.m., while I needed to use it at 12:00 p.m., and the hotel was unable to accommodate this request. Additionally, when I returned to my room around 10:00 a.m., there were no minibar items such as tea or coffee provided, and basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste were also not available in the room. I believe the hotel could improve by paying more attention to guest services and amenities.
