When I arrived, I didn't get the room followed by my booking and he said the room was full since in the morning, so he moved us to Pongsathon Apartment, which is nearby. The reception service of PRL Apartment was terrible, but the service of Pongsathon Apartment was good.

Too many rules.

The room smelled a little musty.

Not same how they show in Trip.com photos .Front desk the staffs were not understood what I showed the confirmed booking also. They gave the room to me anyhow 😒 Inside the room very dusty and all pillows got dust might 😒I didn’t take photos at all when I see again all these photos my body can’t stop itching and scratching

The room was decent for the price and nice and quiet. However, the service was awful – they didn't even provide towels, which was utterly baffling.

The room was very dirty, with a big mirror above my head and a toilet at my feet. It was extremely weird, and the bigger problem was that the staff took my driver's license and didn't return it, causing me to be stopped by the traffic police and almost detained. I was fined then can I left.

The service should be better.

It's good for those on a budget.

It's a place to stay overnight because it's cheap. The facilities are old, barely cleaned, and communication is poor. It's not really worth staying there. However, it's the cheapest in Bangkok. LOL. So you can book a room anytime. If you can't get a room you want, and you're in a hurry...

When I opened the door, I could smell cigarette smoke. The floor was unclean and dusty. The bedsheets, pillows, and blankets hadn't been changed, and there was a cigarette odor and dust. The balcony was full of trash. The shower was weak. I went down to ask the caretaker if I could change the sheets, and he kindly said he would. But the smell was unbearable. I wasted my money.

I found a room without a water heater, but other rooms might have one.
