Location is convenient at thonglor, 5 minutes walk from bts. All the staff are well trained and attentive. Room is not very spacious and too close to nearby buildings, bed is comfortable. Gym on 32th floor is relatively small, can only accomodate around 5 persons but have a good view of the city. Swimming pool outside is relaxing and size is okay. Breakfast has cook to order eggs, noodles and drinks. Food quality is generally of high standard but cakes and pastries are a bit disappointing.

The room is not clean properly, we have to asked the staff to come and clean it for us. The TV is not working properly, end up we have to change the room in the mid-night.

Good location about 7 min walkin distance to bts, Staff is friendly, and helpful. Compare to other intercontinental hotel, this hotel rooms, gym, and swimming pool are smaller, and the variety of breakfast is lesser too.

Loved my stay here! Still very new! Great service! Was disappointed to not find a sauna but had a great time nonetheless.

THIS HOTEL IS DECEIVING. IT LOOKS AMAZING ON THE HOTEL PICS AND WEBSITES. HOWEVER ON CLOSER INSPECTION, THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS FITTED OUT CHEAPLY. THE FIXTURES ARE POOR AND THE BREAKFAST IS SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE - NOT THE BEST FOR THE PRICE. WOULD HAVE RATHER SELECTED A PROPER 5 STAR HOTEL...

Worst IC ever. Takes four hours to get the key and right room. They are not ready for customers. 希望大家避坑，不要来他家惩罚自己🙏🏻

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. But the size is a bit smaller than I expected.

The check-in process was way too long which took us more than 30 mins in the afternoon. The hotel is right next to BTS and main road so it is noisy at night. Overall i think you could find better choices at this price level in Bangkok. The breakfast is okay.

Worse hotel I have ever meet … rejected my refund request even showing that we had to cancel our trip because of health problems, included prove of that , didn’t care … I had to give away for free my booking .
