The sky pool was smaller than my expectation but I loved the design. I had a pleasant stay and much was scrumptious.

The room was very new. The hotel's rooftop pool wasn't large, but the views were great, and there were plenty of fantastic photo spots. Upon arrival, someone at the main entrance helped greet guests and opened car doors, showing excellent attention to detail in their service.

We booked connecting room for a family of 4. Breakfast is ok and location is just next to a big supermarket.

Our family stayed for four nights and it’s quite a wonderful hotel, located near On Nut BTS station where you can enjoy shopping at Lotus and there is a massage street where you can enjoy good massage. The rooftop is with nice view. The only thing is the toilet is a bit small and the replenishment of supply is not 100% refilled which is not quite a 5-star standard

We had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá in Bangkok. The hotel feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed — a great blend of style and comfort. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. What truly stood out was the reception team, especially Por, who was exceptionally friendly, proactive, and genuinely eager to help. From smooth check-in to local recommendations, her support made the entire experience even better. It’s always the people who elevate a good stay to a memorable one — and Por certainly did. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for quality, convenience, and warm Thai hospitality.

★★★★★ We really, really liked the hotel. We stayed there for four nights and everything was perfect. Cleanliness, surroundings – everything was truly excellent. I can recommend it to everyone. The food was also exceptionally good. The staff were very kind and friendly. Especially KRIANG and NODNA helped us a lot. We had forgotten our mobile phone in the car, and Kriang did everything he could to make sure we got it back as quickly as possible. It worked out very well. He is extremely friendly, always courteous, and a very, very kind person. He helped us in every possible way, and we would like to express our great praise and gratitude to him. We stayed there from December 9th to December 13th, 2025, and we would definitely come back again. Thank you very much.

The townhouse room quite nice and the view on top at swim pool really an amazing. Next time I will come for my 2nd to visit bangkok again

I stayed at the hotel for four days. The location and surrounding amenities were excellent – just a 3-minute walk to the On Nut BTS station, with a night market, convenience stores, and bars nearby. However, the water pressure in the room was inconsistent, fluctuating between high and low, and the hot water supply was also unstable. Secondly, the shower enclosure has a design flaw: even when the glass door is fully closed, water still leaks out into the main living room area. Thirdly, due to the above issues, water has seeped under the tiles over time, causing them to become uneven. As can be seen in the photo, the hotel only carried out a superficial repair; I nearly cut my foot because of it. Finally, when I checked out, the ground-floor reception desk was completely unattended. I had to wait five minutes before a staff member arrived to assist with storing my luggage. For me, this overall experience made the hotel feel far from deserving of its five-star rating. I was genuinely disappointed.

The service was great, breakfast offerings were plentiful and the rooftop pool and restaurants were awesome with beautiful views!
