Haven't been to Bangkok in three years, and this was my first time staying at this hotel – absolutely loved my two-night experience! The Thai-style decor is fresh and elegant, the staff are warm and friendly, and the executive lounge is fantastic. For breakfast, they offer Eggs Benedict, quinoa salad, and smoothies, and the dinner wine list is quite extensive. Both pools are incredibly photogenic. I highly recommend this for a short vacation. The location is super convenient too, just a two-minute walk from Phaya Thai station. It'll definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Bangkok!

This hotel is very convenient to get to after a long flight, if you don’t have too much luggage you can conveniently get on the airport rail link and go directly to the hotel. Check in was efficient ( cash / union pay isn’t accepted for deposit). The hotel room was clean and everyday make up service was done extremely well, floors cleaned and bathroom like stepping into it as if I had just checked in, very big thank you to the daily house keeping staff. The hotel is located conveniently next to the bts, 7 eleven and you can find a very cute night market downstairs. All Staff members I encountered are pleasant and kind, I enjoyed the complimentary drink at trattoria on the 22nd floor, the pool gets noisy with kids but the environment is very lovely to sit and watch the night sky and enjoy the wind. I would definitely stay here again, and if I have a later flight out of Bangkok it’s a great place to stay to get to the airport conveniently. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Excellent stay! A suite was our only option as we were a party of three wanting to share a room, and it was perfect. The service was top-notch, especially the laundry service which was a huge plus. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and breakfast, though not a huge variety, was delicious and available for a long duration. The 24-hour gym is a great feature. There are also plenty of local eateries nearby. The lobby even helped us break a 1000 baht note into ten 100 baht ones, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! The only minor downside is that there are only two elevators for the upper floors, so waiting times can be a bit long.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. It's right at the end of the Airport Rail Link. After exiting, take the skywalk from Exit 1 directly to the hotel's second floor – there are signs for the hotel on the skywalk. You then go down to the first floor to check in. Besides the restaurants on the 5th and 22nd floors, the hotel building also has casual dining restaurants on the first, second, third, and fourth floors. It's also extremely convenient for exploring as you can easily take the BTS from here. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the toilet wasn't separated. Breakfast was plentiful, and I particularly enjoyed the Thai dishes. However, since the restaurant is quite large, some seats are a bit far from the food. The pool is excellent, with an unbeatable view. I highly recommend checking it out; even just relaxing in the water and enjoying the night view is incredibly refreshing.

I stayed for three nights and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The bedding was super comfy. I specifically stayed at Eastin for a night to try their new pool. It's incredibly photogenic! The hotel's location is truly excellent, close to everything, and Champion Cafe is just a short walk away. I noticed slightly more Western guests than Chinese during my stay. I purposely avoided the school holidays, but there were still Chinese families with young children. The kids were very noisy in the pool, splashing around, and their parents didn't do anything. The only voices I could hear in the entire pool area were loud Chinese conversations. Meanwhile, the Western guests were quietly enjoying their vacation. The pool on the 37th floor was particularly quiet, with very few children, as most seemed to gather on the 22nd floor. It's not that I think Chinese people are bad, but in public places, their shouting and loudness really do disturb others. The hotel service was very good, communication was in English, and breakfast was decent, with delicious juice.
