The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and patiently listened to my room requests. The location is excellent; it's a direct connection from the airport express, and you just cross a second-floor skywalk right to the hotel – super convenient! I also received a complimentary drink voucher upon check-in for a non-alcoholic beverage at the rooftop bar, or by the pool (though I didn't have time to go). The room was spacious and very clean! Compared to the much more expensive Kimpton I stayed at, I'd definitely choose this place over it.

This stay was extremely satisfying. All the staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and polite. From check-in to being guided around the hotel, every detail of the service was handled very well. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and after making a request in advance, the hotel thoughtfully prepared room decorations, as well as a cake and some cookies, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of choices. We would definitely love to come back again to relax and unwind.

It's been 10 years since I last visited Bangkok. This hotel was recommended by a friend. You can take the Airport Rail Link directly to the hotel without any transfers, and it's fully covered so no worries about rain. The hotel has a great ambiance, and the breakfast restaurant is huge with tons of options. The executive lounge service is excellent. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to get anywhere.

Haven't been to Bangkok in three years, and this was my first time staying at this hotel – absolutely loved my two-night experience! The Thai-style decor is fresh and elegant, the staff are warm and friendly, and the executive lounge is fantastic. For breakfast, they offer Eggs Benedict, quinoa salad, and smoothies, and the dinner wine list is quite extensive. Both pools are incredibly photogenic. I highly recommend this for a short vacation. The location is super convenient too, just a two-minute walk from Phaya Thai station. It'll definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Bangkok!

This hotel is very convenient to get to after a long flight, if you don’t have too much luggage you can conveniently get on the airport rail link and go directly to the hotel. Check in was efficient ( cash / union pay isn’t accepted for deposit). The hotel room was clean and everyday make up service was done extremely well, floors cleaned and bathroom like stepping into it as if I had just checked in, very big thank you to the daily house keeping staff. The hotel is located conveniently next to the bts, 7 eleven and you can find a very cute night market downstairs. All Staff members I encountered are pleasant and kind, I enjoyed the complimentary drink at trattoria on the 22nd floor, the pool gets noisy with kids but the environment is very lovely to sit and watch the night sky and enjoy the wind. I would definitely stay here again, and if I have a later flight out of Bangkok it’s a great place to stay to get to the airport conveniently. Thanks for the lovely stay.

I've always loved this hotel. It's super convenient to get to from Suvarnabhumi Airport – just take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai station and cross the skywalk. The breakfast is great and the gym is well-equipped. Plus, there are two pools, one on the 22nd and another on the 37th floor. It's definitely my first choice whenever I'm in Bangkok.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It offers incredible value for money and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was excellent. The executive lounge has a great variety of options, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The service was also top-notch.

What really impressed me was how quick and thoughtful they were when a special situation popped up; they handled everything perfectly. My kids had a total blast, and the food quality was top-notch too. We honestly can’t wait to come back again!

You can get from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel without dealing with traffic. 🍽️ Breakfast Breakfast was a standout—wide variety including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Western options. Feels like a mini buffet hall with good quality food. 🏊 Facilities Facilities feel premium: 2 সুন্দর swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and the hotel is still quite new, so everything feels clean and modern. 🛏️ Room comfort Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with nice city views. The hotel manager was very kind to gave us an anniversary gift and decorations on the bed. The hotel’s staff was also very friendly, helpful and they work really fast. The hotel staff uses an app to show all services, amenities and live chat. They even have luggage weighing scale that can help you weigh your luggages before checking out. Overall, I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. 🥰 Will come again.

We absolutely love our stay in Bangkok. The staff made us very uncomfortable and was very attentive. All the complaints about the pool temperature are in my opinion, not valid at all times was the pool above 25°C. Pricing of the drinks and food, especially considering it’s a hotel is reasonable. The rooms are fresh and modern since the building is less than two years old and house cleaning was also in line.

Superb Location, basically next to Phaya Thai BTS & Airport link. Hotel is very clean, great swimming pool & excellent breakfast! High recommend it. Would definitely go stay there again

New and well maintained. Clean as well. Staff is helpful. Location is good too. Perhaps would be even ideal if there is a kid's playroom to keep the little ones occupied. Breakfast spread is awesome too!
