Facilities: The room was clean and the bedding was excellent. Environment: The location is pretty central, nothing is too far, but getting a taxi anywhere takes a while. Service: The front desk service was superb, and their English was excellent! The female waitress at the Hua Restaurant on the L floor spoke a little English and provided fantastic service.

Excellent! Very clean and hygienic (genuinely so), and the service was great too! It really added to my positive impression of Thailand! You can even see the Mahanakhon Tower! Complimentary minibar: Replenished daily. Free shuttle service: It's like a tuk-tuk, very uniquely Thai.

At first, I thought the hotel was in a really congested area, but after staying there, I realized it's actually a great location for Bangkok standards. It's close to Chinatown and ICONSIAM, which makes getting around very convenient. There's an infinity pool on the top floor, and you can play billiards and PS5 games for free. They also provide plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks. For each night you stay, you get two coins that can be redeemed for gifts. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you come to Bangkok. It's definitely worth the price.

Really liked this room! Stayed for three nights over New Year's, used six tokens, and got two ice creams from the top floor – they were delicious, haha. I'd definitely stay here again next time!
